- Domestic Direct Shipping (Markets: EU/US):
- Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (dedicated line logistics)
- Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days (via DHL/UPS, additional freight fee applies)
- Overseas Warehouse Fulfillment (US/EU): 2–5 business days (local courier delivery)
Packaging DetailsPreserved flowers are fragile and moisture-sensitive. We use "inner moisture-proof bag + shock-absorbing foam + reinforced cardboard box" packaging, with "Fragile" and "Moisture-Proof" labels attached to ensure safe transit.
Tracking InformationA tracking number will be auto-sent to your email/order page within 2 hours after shipment. You can track the logistics status in real time via the Shopify dashboard or the carrier’s official website.
Special Notes
- Delivery timelines may be delayed by 2–3 business days during peak seasons (e.g., Christmas/Valentine’s Day); we will reserve shipping space in advance to minimize delays.
- Customs clearance time for cross-border orders depends on the destination’s customs policies. Please contact customer service promptly if you need assistance with customs clearance documents.
