Domestic (US/CA): Free shipping for orders over $150; $12.99 flat rate for orders below.
International: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Import duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery times are estimates—RosayFloral is not liable for delays due to customs or carrier issues.
Return & Refund Terms
Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of delivery. Customers cover return shipping costs.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we inspect the returned item. Custom orders are final sale.
